There will be 2 tiers – Tier 1 is for players already competing in tennis. Your school must be registered with Surrey Tennis and the LTA Tier 2 is for the less experienced players. Tier 2 players are to have a World Tennis Number of 30.0 or lower or be without a WTN. Schools should enter the appropriate tiers for their players. Schools may enter a team in each tier. If insufficient entries for any age group, tiers may be merged into a single tier.
Eligibility:
Schools entering teams must be registered with the LTA.
Player Eligibility:
12U – School years 6 & 7
14U – School years 8 & 9
16U – School years 10 & 11
18U – School years 12 & 13
Team Format One pair per school per age group per tier (i.e. a school may enter 2 teams in any age group but one must be in tier 1 and the second in tier 2).
